How queries resolve

A query attaches to the exact record it questions. A response can attach evidence, clarify a value, or — where the original was wrong — create an addendum beside the untouched original. Query threads stay with the record permanently: an auditor sees the question, the answer and the evidence in one place. Nothing is resolved by silently editing history.

Query rules: queries live on records, not in inboxes that vanish. Corrections happen by addendum, never by rewrite. Query access respects granted scope — a recipient can only query what they can see.
